Sustainable & Eco-Friendly Packaging Ideas to Try

Many options awaits to consider for businesses seeking to adopt more sustainable packaging  practices Innovative packaging methods that help our places safe & good to live with. In my case I used  recycled magazines to make a unique packaging gift ideas.

1. Use Recyclable Materials. Papers, magazines Plastic, paperboard, cardboard and other materials can be reconstituted to create new items. Become a researcher to find out which materials will meet your budget, needs and values before beginning your  creation or designs. Both recycled and recyclable materials come from a variety of sources and can be adapted to your packaging with ease in control of budget.

This wallet size picture frame has double purpose, it serves as a  picture frame and at the same time it can be use as a packing  for gift items. The back of this frame is made from cardboard illustration board. The materials in front is made up of recycled magazines.

2. Think for unique, innovative, or high tech materials. For instance, using tissue papers made from smooth tissue papers, or , plant-based , dried flowers and rainforest-friendly paper are just a few ways you can help the environment with your packaging choices.

3. Go natural. Now a days sustainable packaging has become increasingly popular over the past few years as many manufacturers  recognized that materials healthy for the environment attract a buyers, yet growing, consumer audience. Packages made from natural materials like recycled, new or dye-free paper makes a lesser burden on the environment.

The gift item now is an earphone and yet it goes with natural packaging. Once the gift item is remove you can use it as your beautiful unique desk picture frame.

4. Consider light weight packaging.  Minimalist packaging provides a slim, sleek, clean creative, unique and aesthetic that appeals to consumers, while setting you apart from heavier-packaged competition.  Forget about bulky packaging as it is not always ideal for small gift items

Be Creative in  Packaging.  It is not always possible with all items, many brands have found creative ways to reduce the size or alter the shape of their products to curb or eliminate the need for packaging. Whether by condensing liquid formulas, incorporating packaging into the product, or arranging products in different ways, there are different ways that you can change the amount of packaging used without compromising product quality.  So again think and be creative as well as be imaginative
